The studio night had a couple of quieter nights to start with during the holidays. And that was due to the holidays, people were away and busy with holiday stuff.
But once it got going what a great time! Music, conversations and lots of sharing and great energy going around. I suggest to any artist that is looking for an artist night out to do art with others to come and make it even more of a blast. We have many ideas for the future of the space and the group will only be growing in momentum. Every artist in the space have been invited their friends and colleagues to join in.

At the Jan 15/10 session Irene brought Bill vander Sluys (photographer - film and digital) and the artists present that night were Leona Petrak, Bonnie Cruickshank, Jay Myers, Irene Liew, Kathy Holmes & Carole Macleod. Besides the great music and discussion we all took turns modeling for everyone to sketch. Thank you to Carole and Kathy snacks and coffee available.

Jan 22/10 besides Leona, Bonnie, Irene, Bill we had Sally Mann, Merlin McIntosh, and another Sally (Bonnie's friend) join us to sketch people modeling.
